She is passionate about equity and most recently launched the Black Owned Media Equity and Sustainability Institute which helps unite and advance Black-owned media businesses. Ayanna (@the_aya_brand) and Delaila (@missdelailac) dive deeper into learning what has continued to ignite Rhonesa's passion and how her purpose was seeded so early on in life.
