
Episode 164: Move towards it

If you don't like where you are at in any area of your life from your health to your finances to your relationship to your daily work, it's time to do something more about it. The first step is getting clear on what it is you want now or the change that you would like in your life and then all you have to do is move towards it. It sounds simple but it takes a commitment to doing the work, aligning what you want with a strong reason why that will keep you going and understanding that you can't have something different by standing still or doing what you've done before.
