Blumenthal also expressed worry about litigation in regard to the Enclave project. It is located at Potter's Farm in Holmdel. The property is about 19 acres and is located in the R40 B residential agricultural zoning district. After many public hearings, it was approved in a 5-2 vote on October 19, 2022.
