The Good Stuff

Kathleen Donnelly Israel met her husband Ron at San Diego City College. They raised their children in San Diego. At one of the worldwide marriage encounters they attended in the 70's and 80's, she learned that Love is a decision. Knowing that helped her through the years to come.
In 1999, she learned about transformational breathing and expressive arts therapy. Since breathing cured her from bronchitis and pneumonia as a child, she was drawn toward learning transformational breathing. She learned the breathing technique and was never sick again.
After volunteering to be a guinea pig, she discovered she was only using 20% of her breathing.
Kathleen and Ron both became certified transformational breathing facilitators.
Kathleen is both religious and spiritual. A friend gave her some books on theta healing, and she took a class to become a theta healer. Kathleen found it to be an effective medium for healing. She has done marathons and uses breathing exercises when she walks, runs and hikes.
She spent 17 years taking care of her disabled husband who had Parkinsons disease. During that time, she studied online with many enlightened thought leaders and healers. He was taking lots of medications. In 2010, Ron developed spinal stenosis and was in great pain. She tried to encourage him to try cures but he would not. She reminded him that it was affecting her as well.
Ron agreed to go off his medications and was in so much pain. A retired doctor gave him a coffee enema and the pain stopped. The routine was to do three of these per day for six months. However, he was paralyzed. The doctor gave up and stopped coming.
Ron was fine with it. They found out about a deep brain stimulator. The one side worked, but when they did the second side of the brain, he was paralyzed again.
She did the novena in hopes of getting a miracle. She got the healing instead of Ron. She wasn't angry anymore. She would take him to the theater. One night after the play, he started singing. They joined a singing group and sang at luncheons, took singing lessons and enjoyed life.
A friend walked the Camino and Kathleen decided that when Ron is done with his disease, she would walk the Camino. Ron died in 2018. There was both grief and relief.
During the time she cared for Ron, Kathleen developed some spiritual philosophies and shared them with those she met on the Camino Frances from St. Jean Pied de Port, France to Santiago, Spain. She had great adventures and shared this all in a book, "Wisdom on the Camino." The 72-year-old walked the Camino Portugese from Lisbon to Santiago and on to Fisterra.
She was on the Camino for 66 days. She would take the weekends off so that she would be able to go to church on Sundays. It was beautiful. She enjoyed the flowers and the people she met and with whom she shared philosophies.
She had post traumatic stress since childhood. Energetically, he was bringing in more sadness. She thought everyone but her was getting the good stuff. Once walking the Camino, she learned that she does get the good stuff.
She took a coaching course and learned about Ho opono pono. Ho opono pono showed her her pain. She added “I forgive me" and "I forgive it up” and this giant refrigerator size pain went out of her and “up to God”. She released her accumulated sadness of 50 years. By the time she went on the Camino, she had gotten rid of the sadness. She was ready to have good things coming to her.
Every time thoughts would come up, she would do Ho opono pono. Her mental, emotional and physical pain left also. If it didn't leave, she would let an

Our Heart and Our Path
Timothy Stuetz (www.timothystuetz.com) spent three days in bed, crying - not eating or drinking in his early 30’s. He had graduated top of his class, got a job at an international CPA firm right out of college, got married, had a child and a house. And it all fell apart. He found himself yelling out to God: If you exist, I need to find you!
As a child, he saw angels and chariots when he sang “Swing Low Sweet Chariot”. He shared it with his classmates on the playground but didn’t get the reception he expected. He felt it was not safe to share the innermost aspects of his being. He shut down.
The birth of his daughter, Melanie Dawn started his reawakening. She has been his guru. Golden energy was rising up from her to the ceiling when she was separated from her mother’s body. When she was 11⁄2, he had a pain in his back, she walked by him and put her finger right in the most painful spot. The pain disappeared and never came back. Once she was in the back seat of the car and described where they were going. She had never been there except when she was in the womb. It made him contemplate when do we first become aware.
His daughter was on a bike and was hit by a car going 40 mph. A police helicopter was flying overhead at the time. The minister of the Huntington Beach Church of Religious Science saw the accident and started a prayer circle immediately. Melanie was healthy but had after-effects. He spent every night in the hospital with her for months. He walked around the block and heard a voice saying "Look Daddy, I’m the little girl coming toward you. I am the trees. I am the sky." He knew he had to expand his consciousness to relate to his daughter. He was divorced. His wife used the accident as a reason for not allowing him to see her again.
He heard and felt Christ saying: I will remake you in my image. A friend gave him a book that touched things deep inside him that his daughter had been sharing ever since she was born. He had an out of body experience. He called a psychologist who asked him to chant and meditate with her. She brought him a book by Ram Dass. He had powerful experiences meditating and felt much calmer and peaceful.
After a couple of years, he felt really sick. He got reiki treatments that allowed him to see the emotional and mental blockage that was creating his physical problems. He felt more connected with God. He started giving his relatives and students blessings as they left their body which opened his eyes to new dimensions and new ways of looking at life.
Writing children’s books allows him to see inner child things and expand his creativity. He discovered that children creating images in their head when they are young is the foundation for their entire life. His stories blend fantasy and reality, myth and mystery, child development, values, and exercises that parents and children use for breathing, getting calm, learning to talk to each other lovingly, and using non-violent communication principles.
Timothy created a book club. He offers a live monthly reading of the stories. Children get to submit their illustrations of what they imagine happening on the pages. It also includes two live monthly Zooms with parents. He provides a space for parents to get answers to challenges, and be in community where they can get support, and takes them to a peaceful place that they might not get to by themselves.
The mystical moment that changed his life was the beautiful light streaming up out of his daughter when she was born. He’s had many powerful experiences with Christ. He saw and experienced the total bliss we can live in, and he saw the tortur

Empathic Mastery
Jennifer Moore came from a family who had the ability to imagine how horrible things could be. She was exhausted, overwhelmed, feeling stressed, and hurting all the time. As she learned to calm her nervous system down, she started to develop the tools for herself that she would later share with other people.
She was born an intuitive and had her first prophetic dream when she was 9 years old. She was already on the path to recovery when she went to grad school. She worked as a psychic and an artist, running ceremonies and workshops. She studied breathwork and reiki modalities, worked with intuition and tarot cards and worked with self-help groups. She considered becoming a Unitarian Universalist minister. She taught alternative healing but lacked confidence. She was on a path to a Master of Divinity degree to become a minister, but she changed her course to Master of Psychology and Religion. She realized she was not cut-out for the politics of the church – to be the parent where everyone is working out their family of origin issues, or the mean girl politics that organized religion brings.
She didn't always recognize what was hers and what was not. She felt responsible for the struggles her clients were having. She receives guidance and information well, but it substantially improved when she stopped eating sugar. What she puts in her body effects the guidance. The cleanliness of the food effects the ability to receive intuitive information. Sugar gives a boost in the short term, but long-term, it compromises your filters and shields, and contributes to depression, anxiety and despair. After giving up sugar, her filter was clean.
At 23, she quit smoking, gained 40 pounds in four months, and found herself in a raging eating disorder. After doing the personal work, she found a psychotherapist who helped Jennifer realize that the stress she was picking up was not just hers, but also others’ stress. Jennifer’s book, “Empathic Mastery” explains a five-step system: Recognize, release, protect, connect, and act.
When she learned about metaphysics and magic, she was taught to build up her filters and shields. However, she recognized that she was feeling out of sorts. She asked, "what’s not mine?" She picked up energy. She learned to take a deep breath and place her hand on her heart. Then, she would send the energy to where it belongs.
She protects herself by setting boundaries. She decides when she should get involved by determining if it is an aligned place to be. She ran into a telephone pole and totaled her car by not trusting her intuition. She's been doing readings (including Akashic records) for people for decades.
Jennifer teaches at the Empathic Mastery Academy. She developed her tools for 30 years. She came up in a time where psychics were like the red-headed stepchildren. It was usually considered weird. Now, it is common, and safer to do the work. Back then, there wasn’t the kind of information that there is now. She teaches how to get in touch with self, get calm and regulate our nervous systems. We need to self-soothe, develop tools, do breathwork, and do the Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping). This way, we won’t pick up the distressed energies in the world around us and we can start to become beacons for calm, love, and healing. Her "Even Though" tattoo on her hand reminds her to relax.
Empaths also can tune into ecstasy, beauty and joy.
Her podcast is “The Empathic Mastery Show” (Empathicmasteryshow.com).
In “The Wellness Universe Guide to Self Help - 25 Tools for Stress Relief”, Jennifer wrote about using EFT to let go of stress. In the fourth book, “The Wellness Univer
