What I Learned From Video Games
Video games have been part of my life off and on since the 80s. I believe they are neither good nor bad, yet I've been told by many how they rot minds and destroy the work ethic of so many. I disagree and believe that same statement can be said about many THINGS. The thing itself isn't the problem. It's how you use it that becomes a problem. So in today's episode, Adam and I discuss what positive benefits a balanced relationship with video games has provided us over the years.

30:00 - 36:50 Difficulty settings in video games and life
36:50 - 41:20 A call to analog
41:20 - 50:10 Mind Body balance is vital

56:51 - 58:07 The role of the fool
