On this episode of the podcast, Phillip and his cousin Chip head to Hollywood. They start the show with some corrections, and then Phillip reads a movie recommendation from a listener. They then dive into the 1997, Curtis Hanson directed, L. A. Confidential. (Which is on IMDB.tv by the way.) They read some listener opinions about the film. Then they discuss the movie and sprinkle in some facts along the way. It is a great movie and a fun discussion. Phillip ends the show with his Phil's Film Favorite of the week; Blood Simple (available on HBOMax).

This week on the show, Phillip is by himself. What better way to finish out his 007 series of episodes, the way he started it in January of 2020, by himself. He starts the show out by making some corrections from the last show, and then he dedicates the episode to Shawn Holstein, a friend who passed away from Covid back in October 2020 and was a big James Bond fan. Then Phillip dives into Daniel Craig's newest and last James Bond outing, No Time To Die. He then reads his best of Bond Brackets; Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, Daniel Craig, and his favorite of the series. It's a fun episode, but like always, it's full of SPOILERS. At the end Phillip gives his Phil's Film Favorite of the week, 1988's Shoot To Kill.
