As a hard-working bizmum, I am well aware that female entrepreneurialism is still grossly underrepresented in Australia, and if I'm being honest, all over the world. Though many women are constantly working towards shattering through the thickest and hardest glass ceiling, plenty of women are still afraid to start their own business.
