Robert also unravels the two abusive marriages he lived through that led to debilitating depression and an intention to end his life. With deep introspection, he decided to turn his life around and today, is a self-defense instructor, author and public speaker. Through speaking, he imparts invaluable wisdom on self-protection, setting boundaries, and empowering others to identify and stand up against predators.
