SIl is a Registered Music Therapist, a classical pianist and an aspiring dilettante to all artistic opportunities in life.

Sil work with people from all walks of life. SIl has worked in various settings, including complex trauma, mental health, autism/neurodiversity, ageing and dementia, cancer care, palliative care and end-of-life care.

Now Sil is in private practice with two other creative arts therapists working with people who knock on our doors, seeking to work with creative and mad therapists. Mad’s approach is mainly psychotherapeutic and somatic, valuing what goes on in the body in the here and now and in the unconscious beyond time and space.

We learn about Sil's favourite movie, "Arrival", and her tips for mental health.

Lynn is a qualified Life Coach, gaining a diploma at Newcastle College in the UK.

Lynn is a Movie Therapist and started using movies within her work in 2007 when she completed Brigit Woltz's movie therapy courses.

This led to being supported by Wirral Mind and The School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) to set up group sessions that allowed attendees to use movies to raise their self-esteem.

In 2011, Lynn graduated from the SSE as an Innovator for Health Fellow.

Today, Lynn’s work serves a subgroup of empaths who feel they over-give and under-receive and how behaviour and personality traits affect the balance of relationships.

We learn about Lynns's favourite movie, "Shopgirl", delving into the dynamics of relationships and tips for mental health.
