Emil Ekiyor Jr. is an offensive guard who played college football at The University of Alabama. With the Tide, Emil was a 3-year starter and during the 2022 season, Emil played in 12 games for a total of 652 snaps, where he allowed no QB hits and no sacks. Emil was a member of the Alabama football team when they won their 18th College Football National Championship and he also has been making an impact with his Name, Image, and Likeness by partnering with Samaritan's Feet International to donate shoes in the community.

Currently, Alex is a speaker, trainer, podcast host, and coach that helps companies improve leadership and culture in the workplace. Prior to the NFL, Isaiah played college football at Temple University, where during his college career he had been named Special Teams Player of the Year and a Sporting News First Team All-American special teamer.

On today’s episode, Jennifer King shares her journey to becoming the first African American female assistant coach in the NFL and how you can position yourself in a way that consistently adds value. Jennifer also shares the best advice she’s ever received from a coach.

Jennifer King is currently an assistant running backs coach with the Washington Football Team, making her the first African American female assistant position coach in NFL history. Jennifer also coached for Dartmouth college and was a coaching intern with the Carolina Panthers and also served as an assistant wide receivers coach and special teams assistant for the Arizona Hotshots of the Alliance of American Football (AAF). Jennifer was also a seven-time All-American quarterback and wide receiver for the Carolina Phoenix women's tackle football team from 2006-2017. In 2018, she played wide receiver and defensive back for the New York Sharks, who won the 2018 WFA National Championship. Jennifer also played wide receiver and safety in the District for the D.C. Divas women's tackle football team in 2019. Jennifer was also the head basketball coach of Johnson & Wales University - Charlotte Campus from 2016-2018.

Gus was a professional quarterback who played in college at the University of Tulsa where he finished his college career as the school's second-ranked all-time passer. In 2008, Gus retired from the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings. Levi is also committed to making a difference and impact off the field through the many activities he leads with his foundation, the Levi Wallace Foundation.
