
How To Increase Your Mental and Physical Energy

Last week I was teaching a class and this question was asked 3 times on the post class chat and questions. Coach Maria, how do you have so much energy and what do you do to sustain and increase your energy throughout the day. This is a subject that is near and dear to me so I decided to answer the question and give you some tips on how to increase your energy. Many of these tips come from my colleagues in the coaching space and I love their ideas and use them daily. Energy is everywhere and yes, you can increase your energy. By the way, it’s not just physical energy. We must also have mental energy and stamina to get us through each day.
