This topic fires me up like no other so today I wanted to express my feelings on the topic and outline how the lack of a federal maternity leave policy in the US has left me scrambling to figure out how to be the mother I want to be and still be "productive" in this society.
It's a huge struggle and I get real and raw with you (of course) about my issues with the current lack of policy.
