We're back at the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library today! I was so honored and happy to have Jill Fecher in the hot seat this week. Jill is the Chief Growth Officer at Cypress North, a digital marketing agency that absolutely slays at web development. As a freelancer, I've often wondered what it would be like to ditch regularly scrambling for clients and join a team where I could focus more on the work, but I didn't feel like I really understood agencies or agency culture. We get into that and so much more in this episode!
Wondering what to do and what not to do in an interview? Jill has some examples! We also talk about what type of talent mid-sized marketing agencies, like Cypress North, are really looking for.
