Tracy is based in southern Oklahoma, where he specializes in being a Business Coach to Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). Personally, I found it interesting that with most QSRs being part of a franchise organization they still find it necessary to tap into an outside source in order to receive expert advice and direction to enable them to improve the efficiency, productivity and profitability of their own business.
