Sorry to break it to you, but your body that had babies is likely never going to go back to looking like it didn't have babies! Stop comparing yourself to the 20-something version of you that had tons of free time to workout and eat exactly the way you wanted to, and likely also didn't experience physical trauma or high stress levels. You can have goals, but they need to focus on your overall health and wellness first, and then the aesthetic changes will follow.
