Modern Maskulinity

One of our favourite things to do as men is fix things. We love a job, a task, a problem - we love to seek out answers and provide help for those around us. And - that isn't what is always needed, which can be really frustrating to understand sometimes. That's why we wanted to have this conversation - not to "fix" it, but to hold space (see what I did there..) for us to really talk about why it's so damn hard, what may be influencing our desire to fix or solve, why we struggle to make a change towards just holding space, and some tools we have used to help our own individual experiences with friends, family, acquaintances, and intimate relationships.

EP#073: The New Years Episode You Didn't Know You Needed w/ our Producer Chris Smith

This was a fun episode. We decided to bring our produce, Chris "Clyde" back into the room for a New Years conversation and the energy was hot! Not only do we discuss the details of one of us changing our name (wait, whaaaat?), but we got real honest about our journeys thru 2022. This episode is full of great stories, exciting adventures, and a ton of lessons learned. Click play and listen in as the lessons just get bigger all the way to the end!

EP#075: Breakups, Breakthrough's, and the Masculine in Relationship with Gabby and Atlas

In this weeks episode, we put Atlas in the hot seat by bringing on his partner, Gabby, Women's Life Coach, to talk about their relationship. From behaving strictly based on their coping strategies, to being fully controlled by their subconscious attachment styles, all leading to a break up where they didn't speak for a year and a half until they reunite on the other side, their story of falling and getting back up again holds a ton of wisdom and lessons that we knew were incredibly valuable and needed to be shared. This was easily one of our favourite episodes to date!
