ABOUT ME
I'm Cherie Faus-Smith also known as The Feisty Midlife Courage Coach.
My joyful spirt and fun approach to helping midlife women live an unapologetic life is my superpower.
Midlife has many challenges and leaves most of us feeling lonely, depressed, invisible, unfulfilled, confused, and anxious.
My specialty is helping midlife women become confident badasses by teaching them how to say NO without the guilt (aka stop people pleasing behaviors), finding their true purpose, creating a clearer sense of self-identity, walking away from toxic relationships and creating healthy boundaries, overcoming that invisible feeling that others aren't taking them seriously, finding approval within themselves instead of looking for it from others, and most importantly, not taking life too seriously.
My coaching style is different because I'm all about having fun. And yes, you can have fun while doing the hard work.
At this stage of our lives, we shouldn't be sitting in the corner like Baby in Dirty Dancing.
Grab my hand and let me show you how to live unapologetically in midlife.

Episode 1 - Welcome to Midlife Is A Fickle Bitch!
In this 1st episode, I share why I wanted to create this podcast.
It's been a dream of mine for years, but life threw some curveballs my way and now, it has finally come to fruition.
I'm a talker, just ask anybody who knows me, so it made sense for me to host my very own podcast.
Life is all about taking risks and what better risk to take than on yourself.
So, here I am.
Just a girl from a small town in PA who has overcome many obstacles and is ready to share with the world her journey from thriving after three abusive relationships, living with an anxiety disorder, surviving cancer, and now, a midlife mom in her fifties who wants to inspire other women to live unapologetically.
Buckle your seatbelts because this podcast is going to be one hell of a ride.

Episode 3 - Feeling Worthless In Midlife?
Join Cherie as she shares the importance of shifting our mindset from feeling unworthy in midlife to embracing our feisty side.
Feeling unworthy is a painful emotion and like many other emotions, it arises from a thought. When we have feelings this strong, it can paralyze us and in turn; we can feel lost and confused.
Acknowledging our thoughts and how we feel is the first step in feeling worthy.
When we become aware of our thoughts and feelings, we can learn how to shift our mindset from negative thoughts to positive ones.
How do we go from feeling unworthy to being feisty?
It's releasing those negative feelings and finding what you like to do! It's about filling up your own cup and not waiting for others to fill it for you.
Being feisty is about doing things that make you feel alive again. It's about being bold, strong, powerful, passionate, energetic, sexy, courageous, and fulfilled.
Realize your worth because you deserve happiness and joy.
