We’re designed to move, and we’re healthier and happier when we do. But sometimes our thoughts get in the way - especially as we notice signs of getting older. You can be aware and change them up so you have the inner motivation to take care of your body. The most important part is to create the right identity and focus more on building a habit than on the immediate results. Then the benefits will definitely come in time.
