She has extensive training in intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), direct neurofeedback (DNF), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
