I am happy to be able to be with you again today. I share with you whatever the Father puts on my heart, whatever He may be speaking to me about to talk to you about. I was thinking the other day how sometimes someone else may be holding a key to unlock the last door of your understanding that will inspire you and open your future, open another season of your life and all that it holds simply because all you needed was some encouragement or some words that help you better understand what it is you are to do. That someone comes along who has the right words that click the understanding of the wisdom you have been seeking and haven’t found. God wants us to be constant seekers of wisdom and He created us to have fellowship with one another. I love the chance meetings of specific people in our lives for they are divine appointments from the Lord.
I saw a post the other day on Facebook that read, “A dead battery can’t charge a dead battery. Get away from people who can’t charge your spirit when you need a jump.” Be careful who you listen to. Are they Godly people? And even if they are you need to talk to God about them and what they have said concerning you or teaching you. You see not everyone you know should know your dreams and your passions. They just might discourage you even if that is not their intentions. Hold close your dreams and passions and be careful if and when and how much you share. Protect those dreams, passions and callings. Always seek God in all the areas of your life. Ask Him what He thinks.
I began this podcast to share my testimonies with others of the life struggles and victories that I have experienced and to encourage others to keep pressing on. I have a never give up mentality. I seek God to lead me and speak through me. I am a person of simple words, not trying to speak above or beneath anyone else, but my desire is to reach your heart and connect with you so that you can feel you have found a connection to help you find the tools to help you succeed and not to have long suffering or feel you are the only one going through this or that. But help you too rise up. Rise up from the ashes for you are being called up. Do not let anyone or anything hold you back. It all begins now.
Other people’s words good or bad have helped to shape me to overcome and God’s words to defeat the enemy who came to steal, kill and destroy not only my life but yours, but my Jesus carried all of that on the cross so that I would live and have ever lasting life. Yet, still we allow ourselves to struggle. God doesn’t just say or do things just for the sake of having done so. He has us covered. The consistent problem we have is not really believing that He has given us a covenant full of promises. We just have to put those promises into the action of our faith. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen. God is telling us that our faith must be coupled with our actions in order for it to work. So believing it even when you cannot yet see it. Like Noah did in building the ark, like Moses did with bringing the people into the promise land. Those who had to cross the Red Sea as it departed. Had they doubted God they would have missed out. Look at Job, he lost it all and he endured after all that he had lost to regain more than he had. Look at Joseph when his brothers gave him up and he could have felt all sorry for himself, yet God rewarded him greatly and he

Students, Smarter not Harder, You're Worth it! (Ep. 21)
This particular episode of this podcast is dedicated to all the students starting a new school year. I know some of you are nervous, afraid, full of dread, while there are others excited to begin and then some who are little of both categories. There is one very important thing I want you to know as you start your new year whether its elementary, junior high, high school or college, no matter your age, That first week you step into each and every classroom you are an A plus student. It’s kinda like salvation, it’s already yours, you just have to accept it. That a+ is yours to maintain or to loose. I know sometimes you have a subject not so easy for you, but if you give your best effort and actually ask for help you can make a pretty good grade in that class, most especially when you show effort to your teacher. Keep that in mind. When the next semester begins after the holidays I want you to also keep that same mind-set knowing that A+ is yours then as well. Today we are talking about how to be a successful student and leader and how to get there as we walk into this next season of life.
Here is a list of numbers you can call if you need to talk to someone and if you do not find the help you need here call one of them anyway for I know they can assist in helping you find that number to call, that person to talk too. God bless you. I love you.

Life is Hard, We all Need More Grace
Today I want to talk to you about some things that need to be spoken out loud that people don’t really talk about. So I want to break the ice and bring some understanding to a conversation that needs to be spoken. The holiday season is the year that more people are depressed, sad and lonely. But throughout the year many suffer in silent pain. They have so many things they are facing that overwhelm them, but they are embarrassed, humiliated and sad, broken and lost, living in physical pain and fear of the unknown, that they don’t know how to share this emotional pain with anyone. They want too, but then they don’t feel they can add anymore of the bad feelings to this mounting pressure of someone else thinking any less of them than they already are feeling within themselves. So they suffer in silence until they simply just can’t anymore and many take their lives. They don’t want to let anyone down, they don’t want to disappoint, but all they know to do is just take themselves out of the picture. They are tired, they have worked so hard to stay upbeat and try to stay positive to try to believe it will get better, to try to cover it up so no one will know. They are often the ones we think are so strong, and fun. That is what they want to be, but eventually it all is just too much weight to carry. I want you to know that you can humble yourself before the Lord and He will hear all of it and not judge you. He already paid the price for all that and if you will seek Him you will find Him. He is gracious. We all do go through trials and what seems like tribulations. And we question why we are having to endure those things, but the answers and the timing lie in how we respond and what we will learn to make us stronger. Truth it is not always easy, in fact most times its a big struggle, but the alternative should never be an option because it is much more trying and going towards no good resolution. In the next podcast I will have a visitor who will share how things in his life turned around. He’s twelve years old. Be sure to come and listen.
