Hello you, You are probably wondering what’s what got to do with what? Let me ask you what is going to sustain through the hard times, for hard times come and go, they never go away completely. You face a lot of things in life and it is nice to have someone along the way to get through those times in life. No one wants to be alone really. For Relationships and marriages to be strong and lasting it takes effort and sacrifice. Thats not so hard to do when you are googlie eyed and in love. So if you are thinking that changing partners is the answer, when things seem to not be going the way you have dreamed of, it is not. Why not? Well, because in every relationship, every marriage it will have it’s own fair share of problems. They may not be the same problems you had before, because problems will present themselves no matter who your partner is, no matter what marriage #1 or #2 etc you are on. Maybe you are not even seeking any division in your relationship and you feel like you are just settling for what it is, but still there are times you want so much more. We all deserve that. So why just let these bad things happen to you? The first place you need to be searching is within yourself. You see the key to these life changing issues is how committed are you to work through those things? People are all the time saying “Do your research” on this subject or that subject so why not your relationship, your marriage? If you ever feel all hope is gone then commit to faith and talk to God about it. Do this: take the leap of making the two of you a priority by jumping in to dig deeper to discover what cure or solution, and or compromise there is to this issue or problem. Make your partner and the relationship between the two of you a priority. When we begin to see the response we get and how it is received we find ourselves wanting to give more of it and it becomes automatic more than something we have to put effort towards. It makes you a better and happier person as well. It begins to flow from you. It makes you worthy. Hebrews 11 talks about faith and it says that “Faith without actions is dead.” So act, and be intentional and consistent, even if you don’t feel like you think you should, make effort and your actions can then activate what needs to happen, what needs to change and it activates a response. Ask yourself as well, what needs to change in me? Challenge yourself.

I am happy to be able to be with you again today. I share with you whatever the Father puts on my heart, whatever He may be speaking to me about to talk to you about. I was thinking the other day how sometimes someone else may be holding a key to unlock the last door of your understanding that will inspire you and open your future, open another season of your life and all that it holds simply because all you needed was some encouragement or some words that help you better understand what it is you are to do. That someone comes along who has the right words that click the understanding of the wisdom you have been seeking and haven’t found. God wants us to be constant seekers of wisdom and He created us to have fellowship with one another. I love the chance meetings of specific people in our lives for they are divine appointments from the Lord.

I saw a post the other day on Facebook that read, “A dead battery can’t charge a dead battery. Get away from people who can’t charge your spirit when you need a jump.” Be careful who you listen to. Are they Godly people? And even if they are you need to talk to God about them and what they have said concerning you or teaching you. You see not everyone you know should know your dreams and your passions. They just might discourage you even if that is not their intentions. Hold close your dreams and passions and be careful if and when and how much you share. Protect those dreams, passions and callings. Always seek God in all the areas of your life. Ask Him what He thinks.

I began this podcast to share my testimonies with others of the life struggles and victories that I have experienced and to encourage others to keep pressing on. I have a never give up mentality. I seek God to lead me and speak through me. I am a person of simple words, not trying to speak above or beneath anyone else, but my desire is to reach your heart and connect with you so that you can feel you have found a connection to help you find the tools to help you succeed and not to have long suffering or feel you are the only one going through this or that. But help you too rise up. Rise up from the ashes for you are being called up. Do not let anyone or anything hold you back. It all begins now.

Other people’s words good or bad have helped to shape me to overcome and God’s words to defeat the enemy who came to steal, kill and destroy not only my life but yours, but my Jesus carried all of that on the cross so that I would live and have ever lasting life. Yet, still we allow ourselves to struggle. God doesn’t just say or do things just for the sake of having done so. He has us covered. The consistent problem we have is not really believing that He has given us a covenant full of promises. We just have to put those promises into the action of our faith. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen. God is telling us that our faith must be coupled with our actions in order for it to work. So believing it even when you cannot yet see it. Like Noah did in building the ark, like Moses did with bringing the people into the promise land. Those who had to cross the Red Sea as it departed. Had they doubted God they would have missed out. Look at Job, he lost it all and he endured after all that he had lost to regain more than he had. Look at Joseph when his brothers gave him up and he could have felt all sorry for himself, yet God rewarded him greatly and he

This is day 24 of 40 days of celebrating Lent and becoming better for God so He can use you and fulfill you and you becoming better for yourself. Like myself you don't have to be Catholic to participate. You don't have to give up fish or meat, you can give up whatever has some sort of hold on you, like for me it was my addiction to Diet Coke. Here I am fourteen years later without it. It can be fasting from habits you have taken on, working on things you want to change or improve upon. It's your choice, no one else should tell you what to do. You don't even have to share it. It's between you and God. Many people have a humanistic view of how life works. Even though Christians don't like this terminology, many of them function day by day with this same mentality. By only looking on the surface level, they don't recognize the spirit realm behind it all.
Humanists don't acknowledge God. As a whole, they're either agnostic or atheist-believing that everything in life has a natural, physical cause. It''s sad to say, but many Christians have this same attitude. They don't realize the spiritual dynamics behind what's happening in the physical realm.
We are in a spiritual battle. Every single day, there is a battle raging in the spirit realm for the heart of each individual person, society, and the world as a whole. God is trying to draw people toward Himself and righteousness. He's trying to influence people to live consistent with Him so that His blessings can manifest in their lives. At the same time, Satan is trying to steal their hearts away from God. In an all-out battle against the Lord and His Kingdom, the enemy is pouring all the trash and corruption he can into people's lives.
Most of us - even Christians- don't recognize the intense battle waging all around us each and every day. We don't know the spiritual significance of our choices, words and actions. We're functionally ignorant of how these things determine whether we're yielded to God and releasing His power and blessings into our lives or whether we're yielded to Satan and releasing sin and death into our lives. (Rom. 6:16).
The devil can't control you outside of your will. However, your lack of awareness and understanding of the battle only works to his advantage. if you choose believe God's Word and learn to recognize what's happening in the spirit realm, you can begin taking the proper action to improve your situation. You can cooperate with God to manifest His power and blessing.
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7 However, your passiveness and lack of resistance doesn't mean that the battle isn't raging: it simply means that you are not winning. Satan is beating you in this area.
The revelation of God's Word contained in this book study has the potential to transform your life. As you begin to understand and exercise your authority as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, Satan will flee, and God's power and blessings will manifest in your life greater than ever before.

In the last episode I revealed how my big faith journey began, in this one entitled Happiness is Lubbock Texas I will share where my faith went from there and how I kept it going. It is very tough in a world with so much going on and going wrong. Its hard most days to keep your chin up. The enemy is waging war upon us, but it is so important to keep ourselves in “faith shape”, to be rested and to be good to ourselves so we are ready and able to live this life and serve our God. We must learn to trust God in all things and to pray about every one of them no matter how big or small or even how silly our prayers may seem at times. We must know that God cares about what we want because He cares for us. He wants us to talk to Him and depend on Him for every little thing. So if you haven’t listened to the previous podcast episode 5 please do, for this one is a continuance.

I want to encourage you to take all of your worries, all of your cares, all of those you love and are concerned about and envision yourself carrying them in your arms and placing them at the throne of God, laying them at His feet and looking up to God and saying, Father I leave these things here with you to take care of. I trust you to do so. And then walking away. When you find yourself worrying about them, panicking about them, I want you to once again envision yourself trying to sneak over and begin pulling those things closer to you. And then realize STOP, don’t do it! You said you would trust Him. Whatever you are facing, you have to leave it all there and trust God to work. Keep activating it and speaking those positive words of faith. Remain patient. Thank you for deciding to come and listen to me and about my story of faith.
