Stu has been the vision behind the organization Youth Leadership Camps Canada (YLCC) since it began in 1992. For the last thirty years, Stu has put his heart and soul into building a world-class summer camp and leadership development program that is now YLCC. Since 1991, he has traveled through North America and Europe speaking to thousands of schools of every level, many organizations, and over 3 million people. Stu has worked with some of the biggest game-changers in the world including leaders like Shaquille O'Neal, Richard Branson, Seth Godin, Robin Sharma, Tony Robbins, and many, many more. YLCC has grown far beyond just a summer camp. Each year YLCC works with close to 200,000 youth, educators, parents, and corporations across Canada and around the world. He has grown from a small summer camp to a multi-million-dollar company. Living by his credo, Purpose before Profits. In 2018, he was awarded the Barry Sharp Award of Excellence for his work to promote and foster student leadership across Canada. As one of Canada’s most sought-after educational leadership consultants and speakers, Stu continues to work hard to change the conversation for the next generation of leaders. His work has encompassed a wide array of high-performing individuals including PGA Tour winners, collegiate National Champions, Olympic Champions, X-Games Champions, military leaders, special forces operators, as well as corporate leaders of Fortune 500 companies.
