I’m excited to share my conversation with the next guest to join me as part of the do nothing podcast Wisdom Series, Patricia Karpas. Patricia is the co-founder of the 5-Star rated Meditation Studio app, which is now part of the Muse meditation family. She’s also the host of the popular mindfulness podcast, Untangle.
