In this episode, I talk with Jason Barnaby, founder of Fire Starters Inc, where he helps others unleash their potential, overcome limiting beliefs and inspire action. We talk in-depth about his book, Igniting the Fire Starter Within. We also talk about what he learned as a leader and what you can apply while you’re leading teams and navigating your career.

Jason was what he would call a professional ski bum in Colorado before living in Europe for 8 years with his wife where they owned a coffee shop and he worked as a college professor before moving his family back to Indiana in 2004. For the majority of his time back in the US, Jason worked for a financial services company. And his 10-year career spanned Learning and Development, Internal Sales, Field Sales Transformation and HR.
