Cliff Buford stepped into his first leadership role at 22 years old within Ground Operations of a major US airline. Over the course of 11 years, Cliff had much success in leadership. He decided to ditch the traditional style of leadership years ago and doing that has allowed him to be revered as one of the most well-thought leaders in his profession amongst his peers and the people that he has led.
Born and raised in Chicago, IL Cliff has worked his way to Los Angeles, Ca where he now calls home. Cliff has led hundreds of career professionals throughout his career and is committed to helping each of them find their why.

During this coffee break, I revisit Episode 4 with my grandfather’s, Floyd Greco, speech “Make It Happen.” The speech is read by my dad, Chris Greco.
Floyd worked his way up from being an hourly worker to a senior executive at ALCOA and he was extremely passionate about leadership, encouraging everyone to “Make it Happen.” He passed in 1996 but his legacy to motivate and inspire others continues among his kids and grandkids.
