Kurt Porter - Communication Basics

About Kurt Porter: He is a subject matter expert in the Continuous Improvement Process and Team Resource Management Principles. He gained this knowledge and experience in the private sector, federal service, and the United States Navy. He is an outstanding communicator whose communication skills were honed by years of public speaking. This includes the delivery of keynote speeches on a wide variety of topics before both small groups and large audiences.
Kurt has facilitated hundreds of workshops on Leadership, Communication, and Teamwork. He is a former diplomatic interpreter and a Defense Language Institute Instructor of the Year. He has visited over 80 countries and lived 30 years overseas (Japan, Germany, the Philippines, and Russia). He speaks Vietnamese and Russian. Kurt is the Founder and Executive Director of PLC (Performance and Leadership Coaching).

About Toni Belin Ingram: "I can help you if you let me" has been her mantra for years. She has since a young girl always helped friends and family problem solve, think through solutions, and mediate conflict.
