There's so much great stuff shared in this episode. We cover how they got started, their 2022 season, and hear a funny story about driving an unlicensed race car on the street.
The best quote from the show is "If we wanted to win this race we would have brought different drivers." While this will make you chuckle, it speaks to the fact that most of us are here to have fun, get better and be with friends.

Carter Pease from Round 3 Racing joins Bill to talk about his motorsports progression from karting to racing Porsches in the World Racing League.
Carter shares some great advice about working hard to get where you want to be, networking and punctuality. After moving through different classes of karting he attended the Lucas Oil School of Racing where he finished second in the shootout which earned him a funding to cover 50% of a season in the Lucas Oil Formula Race Series where he finished 5th in the points championship.
Through networking and an introduction to Brad McCall, he found himself a ride with Round 3 Racing. Carter and his teammates had quick success in their first season in WRL.
