About 11 years back, Ray Zhang came to this country. Right after that, he ended up homeless and had to gather free stuff to sell for survival. He then got into selling cars, which paid the bills, but didn't really float his boat. So, he switched gears to real estate.
He gave real estate a shot for a good 6 years, but luck wasn't on his side. He dropped over 250k on mentorship fees. But everything changed around 5 years ago when he shifted his focus to dealing with land. That's when the wins started coming in. Just last year, he and his team raked in a net profit of around 900k.
The coolest part? He's never even seen the land he's working with. It's all virtual. And that, for him, is the ultimate taste of freedom.

Anthony Gaona possesses a robust 15-year background in digital marketing, rooted in a formative upbringing in the construction industry. From the age of 12, he labored alongside his father, learning to navigate the ebb and flow of construction work and honing his lead generation skills during downtimes. His fervent interest in online marketing led to quick mastery, and he's spent the last decade and a half excelling in generating construction-related leads. He initially managed projects himself, then transitioned to subcontracting and wholesaling leads to fellow construction companies.
In a transformative moment, a YouTube search in December 2018 introduced Anthony to wholesaling, catalyzing a shift towards house flipping using his construction acumen. By January 2019, he launched comprehensive marketing campaigns, both online and offline, targeting real estate seller leads. Remarkably, within weeks, he secured his first real estate contract, followed by a serendipitous land lead that brought substantial earnings and changed his trajectory.
The initial phase of his real estate career saw Anthony focusing on low-volume, high-value land deals over two years.
