Josiah Ronco worked in the live music industry for 18 years. He first delved into real estate in 2012, exploring long-term and short-term rental properties. His interest in land flipping emerged in 2018. Following a temporary layoff from his job due to COVID-19 in 2020, Josiah decided to pivot his career. He is now completely dedicated to and fascinated by this business. Josiah leads a team of four people, operating across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

He's an expert at bootstrapping, automating, and scaling profitable online businesses while keeping overheads low. His latest venture, an online land business launched during the middle of the Pandemic, has since blossomed to 7 figures with a virtual staff of only 3. Buck lives with his family in a rural Rocky Mountain community where he's a volunteer fireman and works from a home office that's often above the clouds.
