After graduating McCoy College of Business Logan worked in project management, oilfield services and real estate. Since then, he’s participated mostly in the real estate space as principal, and LP and GP to land development, industrial cash flow property, distressed asset projects and turn arounds. Today Logan manages a portfolio of related companies that source rural land, commercial real estate, and still some SFR through extreme distress channels. Annually his direct managed companies generate $30M in sales and 100 transactions.

All of that before starting Tolosa Property Group, a real estate consulting firm that helps investors with properties suffering from decreased cash flow, deflated property value or unrealized development potential by implementing highly specialized forced appreciation strategies to turn around their underperforming properties.
