Give Yourself Space to Heal Emotionally
Have you ever felt the emotional roller coaster that comes along with breast implant illness?
Today, we unravel the emotions associated with BII with the amazing Sarah Anne Stewart.
Sarah Anne Stewart an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (AADP), who runs a leading private coaching practice. Sarah is a breast implant illness survivor and understands very well the emotions and fears that come up when facing breast explant surgery.
In this episode she addresses the fears that may hold us back from taking steps that will allow us to reclaim our health. Fears such as:
"What will I look like?"
"Will my husband still be attracted to me?"
"What if I don't feel confident anymore?"
"What if I don't feel good after explant surgery?"
We talk about real honest questions that women ask themselves when they have experienced breast implant illness and are facing breast implant removal. Some of these underlying fears go back to early beliefs we adopted and these beliefs get in the way of our healing. Sarah helps us push through those beliefs by asking ourselves good questions and being honest with the answers.
