5 influential black women ft. My mom, Christine
07/09/22 • 12 min
Happy independence day! I know, I'm a couple days late. We sometimes forget about the amazing women who helped shape history, like Harriet Tubman. She walked nearly 100 miles to freedom and once she did, Harriet freed over 750 slaves in her lifetime. Or Maya Angelou, who used her words to encourage and inspire. We'll also talk about some of the most inspirational females in the world, Mothers. I'll be joined by my mom while we discuss prayer, faith, love, and kindness.

They give your body some time to rest and reenergize, though a rest day won't work if you beat yourself up about it. Even though there is no right or wrong way to have a rest day. Today, I will be teaching you guys about the 5 mistakes people make when having a rest day and a couple of things to do during your rest day. I hope you enjoy it!
