We then discuss the case of Saskatchewan nurse Leah McInnes who’s being targeted by her professional college, and the parallels with her case to others across the country. At about the halfway point we get to our main topic; the danger to free expression from the CRTC as it requires online streaming services to register with the government.

Lawyer Marty Moore takes us through a new case he's recently filed in BC about censorship at a Chilliwack School Trustee meeting in June. The client, he says, had her free expression rights violated four times in two minutes. And he takes note of a recent decision in the BC Court of Appeal where they ruled that a vaccine passport mandate case will proceed to trial. Marty says he hopes this will provide the Federal Court of Appeal some guidance as they consider the Peckford appeal on the federal travel vaccine mandate this week.
