My guest and fellow sacred economy compadre, Ankie Hille Hagen currently resides in Stavanger, Norway. She is a mother of three, a 9D breathwork facilitator, HeartMath facilitator and a self-defense instructor.
After many years of being stuck in physical yuck with traditional medicine failing, she started to take control of her situation and tried tons of alternative methods. She soon discovered this had a name and loved doing it ~ biohacking. We discuss cryotherapy, ozone therapy, infrared saunas, red light therapy, urine therapy and more. In the end, her message is to be open to trying different modalities and see what works for you 'cause all this stuff it good.
