The question is, how do we use that leverage when it comes to salary negotiations?
Listen to learn how.

A graduating student during a career talk asked me this classic question,
“What do employers look for in an employee?”
So I offered this response:
“Before we ask what employers LOOK FOR, let’s rephrase that to what they LOOK AT. And what they look at is your ticket that will decide if they will look for you. That ticket is your resume”
Whether you’re a graduating student or already part of the work force, we always have this question in our heads when we look for a job. But before the opportunity, you have to get them interested first and it starts with your resume.
The contents of your resume are important but which ones do employers look at? I’ll be sharing my experiences backed up by a study on how to effectively look best when they look at you through your resume.
