So, five of your nine hosts — Jay of the Dead, Dr. Shock, Mister Watson, Dr. Walking Dead and Mackula — spend about an hour giving you a SPOILER-FILLED, deep-dive discussion of the infamous, third installment of the Alien franchise. However, you might be as surprised as our hosts because this time around they found a lot more to appreciate about Alien3. Dr. Walking Dead leads the charge! Jay explains why Alien3 is by far the darkest, most brutal alien film. Mackula enlightens us on the differences between the theatrical cut and the “assembly cut.” And of course, we talk about David Fincher’s disenchantment and distancing himself from the film after suffering studio interference.
