Ever found yourself physically exhausted but still pushing on because the hustle culture has convinced you that rest is for the weak? Ladies, it's time to break up with the hustle and embrace the power of rest. As women leaders, we've been there, getting entangled in the day-to-day, refusing to slow down. This episode is a wake-up call, a permission slip for you to nourish with rest and step away from the non-stop grind.
We share our personal journey of incorporating rest into our lives after physical injuries forced us to pause and reevaluate our lifestyle in the Fall of 2022. Through our experiences, we learned how our bodies communicate the need for rest through various body messages.
And guess what? We're here to help you, all you high-achieving women, find a balance between being a human doing and a human being. We also share tips on how to weave intentional moments of rest into your daily routine because, believe it or not, rest gets to be easy too.
