In today's episode, I will first make you all do rollercoaster revision ride about what all we have done in recent past episodes, too quickly and then we will talk about influence of pH on passive diffusion.Then I will give you all the equations separate for weak acid and weak base, I will highlight the differences in these too! Next I will derive few basic facts and concepts related to it, after describing a little, I will open up the bundle of Implications of this equation in a point wise manner. It gonna be a little long discussion, around 10 points but truly a worthwhile pleasure to listen to, That gonna be enough tea to flood your minds cups for the day, with a promise to meet again virtually and vocally after a small time lapse, that's all folks for today!!

It is famous as the ADME study, I will be giving little details about it then before actually diving deep in this sea, we will have a short walk along the shores as we discuss the audio diagrammatic representation of the whole pharmacokinetic process in nutshell! Then a word about the Biological membranes, their unique, specific structure and much more. I will be telling you important process about drug transport and how the diffusion concepts are related to membrane structure, all this comes into play in today's episode!

Today is the weekend special topic, its all about different variants of specialised transport mechanisms. Broadly they may be of two types, the carrier mediated transport and vesicular transport. First and foremost , as I talk about carrier mediated transport, under this head, today we gonna chat regarding Facilitated Diffusion. It has special characters which I will highlight and eventually summarize after a warm French welcome, just short enough to jingle your earbuds. Discussing the mechanism, pros and cons, examples and all tits bits of this type of diffusion, even a graphical representation will be told, all in all completely describing the facilitated diffusion, I will be keeping my conversation comparatively short for the day, wishing you all a great blessed weekend, in French too, and will be vocally departing till we talk back in next episode!!
