What I Eat In A Day posts are everywhere at the moment. Influencers telling you what they eat in a day may not be helpful though. This week I'm talking about what influencers are showing you, what they're not showing you, and how I use their posts to inspire my meals. I'm also discussing how it can be difficult to incorporate their suggested meals into your day, and how so many of these food suggestions just don't suit you. I had pizza for breakfast too - that wasn't inspired by an influencer!

Do you live in a house or a home? No, I’m not talking about the building you are in, but the body you are in. Have you settled into it and made it yours, or are you seeing it as a pit stop, constantly trying to change it, and as somewhere to wait while you get the new one ready?

I am talking more about the things we don't do when we are plus-size, have yet another rant about clothes shops, give you a message from a listener whose husband takes the photos of models and superstars, and talk about going out partying with friends when you feel like the fat one of the group.
Thanks also to Maddie Deakin for the inspiration for the house or home analogy this week. It's stuck with me for a long time!

A lot of people ask if they will gain weight when they start Intuitive Eating. It's almost an impossible question to answer because everyone is different, but there are reasons why you might put on weight. Those reasons aren't bad, weight gain isn't bad, and weight gain isn't even inevitable. This week I'm talking about all of this.
