In this week's episode, Shannon Plummer joins us to discuss the wisdom of the Gene Keys, in particular Gene Key 34. I am grateful to Shannon for sharing time with our community to discuss the common mental trapping of trying and forcing that takes us out of our power - a power that we come to know through self-assurance, trust, and faith.
Show Notes:
Shannon Plummer has been a student of healing for 25 years as a Licensed Acupuncturist, functional health practitioner, and transformation guide. Her study and love of The Gene Keys was a natural progression into the unique and subtle energies that are often overlooked in a whole-person approach to healing and self-discovery. She is committed to assisting women to trust themselves, unravel old patterns, develop awareness, and create transformation in their bodies and minds to live authentically and truly who they are.

Through her life experience and work with clients, she understands how it is to feel lost and unsure of one’s self in the pilgrimage of life. She has gained valuable insight over these 25 years which allows her to relate fully to those on a similar path.

Shannon offers Gene Key sessions. To inquire about her services, send her an email at [email protected].

Who are Spirit Guides? They are "wayshowers," guiding us with wisdom, love, and light. They are teachers in spirit, such as personal guides, ancestors, spirit animals, the angelic realm - and let's not forget about the natural world, such as plants, trees, lakes, rivers, the ocean, mountains, and animals.
In this episode, Kristen and Tina talk about their first encounters with their spirit guides, what they have learned from those relationships, and how we all can connect with our magical team in spirit and in the natural world.
A message that Kristen often receives from her guides is that they are here to teach us to trust and have faith in ourselves; to believe how truly capable we are, no matter the trials and tribulations we face and endure. More importantly, they want us to know how much we are loved so we can learn how to love ourselves and others unconditionally.
Show Notes:
The best way to connect with our spirit guides is learning how to be still in the present moment- and to listen using our intuition.

Intuition Talks - Finding Peace in Solitude
play

11/28/22 • 54 min

During Episode 4 of Intuition Talks, we explore Solitude. As the third stepping-stone and chapter of Tina’s book, The Spiritual Awakening of an Analytical Mind, solitude brings many opportunities to create space for ourselves. In that space, we can pull back layers in need of attention or healing, engage in self-reflection, journal, or create a meditation practice. Kristen and Tina will weigh in on all these topics.

Once again, the intent of this 13-week series is to offer a foundation of subject matters that often present themselves as we step onto or further down our path of self-discovery and transformation. We hope you will find inspiration in this walk through the stepping-stones of self-awakening with us.

In addition, we are excited to end every episode with a channeled message delivered by either Kristen or Tina.

If you would like to purchase a copy of The Spiritual Awakening of an Analytical Mind to follow along with us, the book is available on Amazon and from Tina’s website, www.tinalmoody.com. If you purchase through Tina’s website and email her, she would be happy to sign your copy before it is shipped out–and she sends love and gratitude your way.

Thank you for joining us today for Episode 4. We look forward to continuing the journey through this 13-episode series with you.

Nicole Harp, animal communicator and soul painter, and I have a down-to-earth conversation about intuition in this week's episode. We share personal stories about listening to our intuition to know who we are at a soul level. We highlight that intuitive development is a daily practice, a commitment, and a lifetime unfoldment to remember who we are as multi-dimensional spiritual beings having a human experience on Earth.
Show Notes:
Learn more about Nicole's work and book a session at www.harpspace.org. Nicole and I share teacher resources for intuitive development and mediumship. Consider researching tutors at Arthur Findlay College or Journey Within and medium Denise Correll.
I share the Brusho method taught by Lynn Cottrell, spirit artist and medium. I made a personal Oracle deck this month using this method. Follow the steps here to make your own Brusho spirit art (used with permission).
Prep:

Steps:

  • Place the watercolor paper down in front of you.
  • Have your brusho pots of paint out with lids off and your small paintbrush ready.
  • Dip the large paintbrush in water and cover the watercolor paper completely until there is a nice gloss of water over it.
  • Quickly choose the color of brusho you want by dipping the dry brush in the brusho powder (don't get the pots of powder wet).
  • Flick the powder on the watercolor paper - but not too much. A flick or two is enough.
  • You can do this several times with different colors - but don't cover the paper with too much paint. You want enough "white" from the paper to create lines.
  • Immediately cover the paper with saran wrap.
  • Place both hands on top of the plastic wrap and move your hands just slightly- but no more than once. Let the project dry overnight.
  • The next day, take the saran wrap off, and voila! You should see lines and shapes on your paper.
  • Now, connect with your spirit guides or higher self. Ask them to show you images that will help you in your spiritual work, development, or practice.
  • Give yourself time to find images, like animals, landscapes, people's faces, mythical creatures - the possibilities are endless. It can be immediate, or you may need a few days to sit with your spirit art to uncover messages from your spirit guides.
  • Notice how you feel as you connect with each image and the scene as a whole. Let your intuition guide you to interpret the message.
  • When you see an image, take a fine-point black pen or pencil and trace the lines that form the shapes that you see. You could see a tree, a mountain, an animal, a person, a face. Have fun using this tool to connect with the spirit world!

In this week’s episode, Nicole Harp joins us to discuss the benefits of being in a relationship with spirit. What is spirit? Spirit is the energy of the earth and its inhabitants, our spirit guides, higher self, higher power, ancestors, and highly evolved beings. When we develop relationships with spirit, we learn a great deal, namely about trusting them so we can trust ourselves and the lives we live. We can connect with spirit through prayer, meditation, intuition, mediumship, energy healing, and more. Our relationship with spirit also teaches us that we are never alone. We have their support, guidance, and love. Additional benefits of being in a relationship with spirit are healing trust issues and old emotional wounds, learning valuable life lessons, and having access to their wisdom to know our true potential so we can manifest the magic and wonderment of living a human life. Enjoy! Much love, xoxoxo.

In this podcast, I am inspired by Sandra Ingerman to use the term initiation when referring to my chronic physical condition: a condition that has taught me many life lessons.
