Episode #97: Kristel Bauer - Wellness Entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker, Founder of Live Greatly

Highlights: [8:10] Exploring Spirituality [14:30] Why you need a morning routine [29:12] Tuning into what makes you feel good Meet Kristel Bauer: Kristel is a wellness entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker, Founder of Live Greatly, host of an Amazing Podcast by the same name, a university lecturer, *Integrative Medicine Fellow* in the Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Fellowship and a Reiki Master. Kristel utilizes her extensive healthcare background and expertise to provide support for individuals, organizations, & companies to optimize well-being & performance. After years of practicing traditional medicine, a loved one’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis awakened a burning desire in Kristel to explore and examine what wellness truly means. As an Integrative Medicine Fellow, Physician Assistant, and Reiki Master, she founded Live Greatly to share her findings on how best to achieve optimal health in mind, body, & spirit to attain success. She is a believer that mindset is everything, and she strives to push past the boundaries of fear to live life fully from a place of love and joy. In her words *“Fulfillment is an inside job”* What I love about Kristel is that she comes at being our best from a vast array of entry points. In addition to all of the modalities that she has been practicing both traditional and more new age, her personal journey to become the person she is today e is perhaps the most compelling piece of her expertise. I have found few people with the level of sincere compassion that she brings to her work. All of us are at different points on our health and wellness journey, some of us are just getting started, some of us are making big changes, and some of us are just wanting a little fine tuning. But wherever you are, Kristel is going to be sharing some of her secrets on how to take your health and your life to the next level. So buckle up... this is going to be a good one. Episode #99: Phil Dixon: Vice President of Customer and Team Success at InJoy Global

Highlights: [10:00] How to have infinite energy [24:10] Growing into who you are [53:08] Winning with Phil Meet Phil Dixon: Phil is the Vice President of Customer and Team Success at InJoy Global. He is also one of the best dad’s in the world. As well as one of my best friends. This is a special episode because of who Phil is in business and in life. He is one of the best examples I know of being fully alive. What does that mean? That means that each day of his life is a full-on commitment to getting the very most out of each moment. That means road tripping 3500 miles in 8 days to show his two boys some of the most amazing national parks the U.S has to offer. That means figuring out how to do a month in Europe last summer, and still be able to be available to his team and clients in a way that they never knew he was gone. That means family costumes for Halloween, parties for the sake of parties, and spontaneous 3 day road trips It means creating massively heartfeld video recaps of the highlights of each year for both his nuclear and work families. It means wearing a smile and leading with his heart, despite some very real physical and life challenges. It means waking up every day saying YES to life in all it’s complex juiciness. What I absolutely love about Phil... is, well... everything. Maybe you know someone who represents being fully alive for you, and you know how impactful just being around them can be. Phil is that person for me. And So no matter where you are on your journey, if being FULLY ALIVE and enjoying life to the very fullest is one of your goals, this episode is for you!
