OMG! I’m so excited to talk about Real estate referrals..
Asking for referrals needs to be a staple in your real estate business. Now, we aren’t talking about a real estate referral agent. Unless you mean you...lol.
I’m not sure if you know this but you are in the real estate referral business. And the best part about this business is it’s free! There is no, “ real estate referral fee”. When you get to a level where, real estate referrals area normal part of your business model, then you are one step closer to making your real estate business “recession-proof”.
This isn’t about a real estate referral program. This is about knowing why you aren’t asking for referrals in the first place and what to do about it!
We are going to go way beyond the old school method of writing real estate referral thank you notes or using real estate referral gifts. WE are going to talk about what is working in today’s market.

Asking for referrals isn’t easy, but it will be when using these methods.
Asking for referrals in sales isn’t natural, and I get the hesitation you may be feeling. But by flipping the script and making it all about them, it will soon be a task taht you enjoy doing!
