  • Can you help me if I have lifelong Insomnia?
  • How soon should I get out of bed in the morning?
  • Can I read in bed?
  • How long does it take the average person to fall asleep?
  • Is it ok to listen to a meditation or hypnosis file when I’m falling asleep?
  • Why NOT to stop your sleep medication cold turkey.

She reviews eating and fasting and how it can be used to decrease Jet Lag (reference is the Argonne Jet Lag Study).
