Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason and this is your Daily relaxation hypnosis session. It's what the idea behind these sessions is that each day is different. But at the same time each day grows upon the last day, even if session is different from the day before, it's still a momentous feeling, it's still growing, it's still becoming part of your mind and your life. These senses of increased comfort, relaxation, that you feel when you hear my voice and see my face on the video, you can just have that connection where you instantly and naturally feel more relaxed. And that sensation, that trigger can then be extended to not just my voice, not just watching the video of me, but also the trigger of seeing somebody that may be used to be problematic in your life, maybe, or walking into a situation that used to be difficult for you to handle. But now, the trigger of that situation is to feel more relaxed, to feel calmer. So that still trigger but it's a healthy one, it's healthy reaction to a situation, which gives you more options gives you more of a sense of control over your own destiny, your own life, and how you respond to situations. So instead of feeling like you're being controlled from our side, which sometimes we can feel like switches around and you realize that actually, you're the one that's in control. But at the same time you're a human being with emotions, feelings, you know, you're a sensitive person, and it's okay to be affected by those things that occur around us. Because that's natural. You know, we're not robots. It's natural, to be affected. In fact, it's healthy, to be affected. And it depends upon how we're affected and what level of being affected.
that determines how we feel. So you can allow yourself to be who you are. You can allow yourself to be sensitive. And at the same time, also have the flexibility of being able to say, wait a minute, these feelings that I'm getting are not really Same kind of level, in response to what's happening. So maybe you're getting more discomfort than is necessary. That's when the control or the becoming your own Guardian comes in. You can observe what's going on. And you can maybe say, wait a minute,
I've grieved enough, wait a minute, I've experienced what's going on. I've had these feelings. Maybe I don't need them anymore. Maybe they're not useful anymore. Because that situation has changed.
There's a lot of people out there that walk around, or not walking around with anger is something that happened many years ago. It's done. There's no reason to have the anger anymore. It's wasted energy. It's also unhealthy. could even be harmful. It's like taking daily poison. And it's pointless. It's a part of the process of being able to have more
relaxation in your mind and your body is also by eliminating those feelings of anger, hatred. And inadequacy, those whatever you want to give the names of those feelings that are harmful to they need to go they need to be let go. So when you let go of tension, anxiety, any of that stuff connected to that is all that nasty little horrible, hanging, hangers on stay, hang, hang on, hold on to and they just, you know, you're dragging them along for years and years and years, and they just don't seem to want to let go. Because they've got nowhere else to go. Because the only meaning in their life is that specific thing. So if there's anger in you because of something that somebody said to you, five years ago, and you've got that anger towards them, that little bit of anger is clinging on to you. Because that anger, the whole of that angers world is based around that one incident.
And it gets energy and power by reminding you of it. And you feed that anger by thinking about that time in that event. When you let it go. It's no longer connected to you that can no longer feed off your energy can no longer get any power from you. Just vanishes. It just disappears. On the flip side, you've got these feelings of relaxation and calmness, that connected to your body and your mind. But they don't drain you they don't take any of your energy. They give you energy. They give you relaxation.
Because it's love instead of hate and anger, this is love and kindness. The fills your body, all the different parts of your body,
allowing those parts to relax deeply. And that love is what causes us to feel completely relaxed and calm. Not just in your body but also in your mind allowing you to have a clear mind unobstructed by pointless stuff like anger and hatred and all that stuff that just clings on and it's of no use. It's just obstructive, destructive.
I mean, it's really is as simple as you know, if you go shopping, food shopping. And if you don't like peanut butter, you know, peanut butter, the spread on your toast or wherever, if you don't like peanut butter, don't b...

#33 Relaxation Hypnosis for Stress, Anxiety & Panic Attacks (Jason Newland)
TRANSCRIBED BY https://otter.ai/referrals/T1UKO5K7
Hello, welcome to Jason, new land.com My name is Jason,
this is your daily relaxation hypnosis session for stress, creaky chair anxiety and panic attacks can't do much about the creaky chair because pop up, maybe lose some weight and they probably make it less creaky. So I've been doing these videos for over a month now. And I'm never really sure what to do next with them
if I'm honest. Because there's lots of different techniques and different hypnotic interventions when it comes to things like stress and anxiety, panic attacks. And it would be easier if you were here with me, because then I could do whatever I did to suit you specifically. Makes sense, doesn't it. So if you had an issue in a specific situation, then I could run through that situation with you. Because I can't do that individually. And also, if I was to focus on a specific event that might occur, it might not suit you might not be right for you, it might even jolt you out of the, you know, the state of relaxation. So what I thought about doing today is rehearsing for the future, this is something that I would do with a client, this is something that I have done with clients, where, after the, let's say therapy is done, or the interventions being completed, we test it, we can't always test it here now. For example, if it's a phobia, or if it's
a stressful event, they're going to be feeling calm, because they're with me.
And I'm a relaxing person, so they're going to feel calm and relaxed with me. But if it's they got an issue with horses, for example, or you know, I don't have access to a horse can't just bring a horse into the room. And therefore, it's a case of using your imagination, to rehearse a situation in the future, and to test feeling relaxed, and to practice feeling relaxed in that situation. So that's what we're gonna do today. But you're the one who's going to choose the situation, I'm pointing at you now you're the one. So it's important really, if you can to think about the situation now before we even start the session. So that you've already got it in your mind. And then you can go into that situation in your mind in the future. And just notice how it feels different with this sense of comfort and relaxation in your body and in your mind. Hope this makes sense. So the first thing to do really is just for you to have that in your mind where you're going to be going into where you're going to be transporting yourself and remembering at all times that you're safe. It is just your imagination. So for example, in the case of panic attacks, if there's something that was called maybe in the past as being a trigger for anxiety, stress or panic, then if you choose to go into that situation in your mind, I'd like you to remember that there's a chord, you know, you're attached to me, in a sense, okay, as a safety. So if it gets too much, you can just come back, you know, you're always holding on, you can hold on to my hand, in your mind, hold on to my hand, which reminds you think you're safe at all times. Okay? So that's what we're gonna do. If it feels weird, hold my hand. And of course, you don't have to hold my hand. But, you know, it's in your mind anyway, not literally holding hands. But in your mind, you can hold my hand to have that safety, of going into that environment into that potentially motional situation, that maybe you've always in the past had problems with. Supply, you know, and the thing is with the mind, the mind doesn't necessarily know the difference between a real event and an imagined event. So in the same sense, as if someone's got a phobia for something, let's say, spiders, or whatever it might be, that person can imagine a spider and they might still get exactly the same insults. As they would if the spider was actually in the room. They get the same physical and emotional reactions. Because the mind doesn't really know any different because the mind is just waiting for you to let it know how to react, how to respond. It's waiting for you to basically tell it, what's right, and what's useful. So I think it'd be good for us to get into the relaxed state
of calmness in your body and in your mind. And so we do that, remembering you've got this event that we're going to think about, but you're going to be holding my hand throughout. And I know for some of you, just hearing my voice has already sent you into a sense of really deep relaxation, naturally and easily. And instantly, you feel calm and just happy inside. Like you know, a trigger has just triggered that. That feel good sensation to spread through your body and into your mind. And that's natural. The more you watch these videos, listen to my audios. The more of an impact they can have on your life in a positive, transformational way, leading you forward towards the kind of life that you wish to have. More happiness, m...

#35 Relaxation Hypnosis for Stress, Anxiety & Panic Attacks (Jason Newland) (12th June 2019)
TRANSCRIBED BY https://otter.ai/referrals/T1UKO5K7
Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, and this is relaxation for stress, anxiety and panic attacks or relaxation hypnosis for stress, anxiety, panic attacks. Now this is Episode 35. And there has been quite a time between the 34th and this the 35th episode. So, I originally made this podcast or made this hypnosis course. But 34 day course back in 2017 and I uploaded it as a podcast in November 2018 about six months ago or seven months ago and it's become more and more popular. Again, more and more daily downloads. So I had a similar thing with my sleep hypnosis weekly podcast which was originally a seven week course which was around the same time as this one. And that became popular the podcast since November so I decided to make some new episodes, some new recordings weekly on that one just to see whether or not that's what people wanted. And it was and it's grown even more over the last six or seven weeks and I've been watching this podcast grow and thinking Shall I make some more sessions for this and so this is a bit a little bit of a board introduction but
I'm going to be in boring relaxation session. It's not supposed to be excited. And though the power of your mind responsible for feeling karma the power your mind responsible for being able to deal with situations that previously were stressful and problematic and turn in feeding and change In that response within you in a way that can transform how you feel. So I guess there is a bit of an excitation if that's a word an excitability, a stimulation of those parts of your mind an activation trying to think of some other words that have Asian at the end. So what I've decided is to start making some new recordings for this podcast and I've changed the title, I've taken the word daily out of the title.
So I can, you know, maybe I'll do them daily, maybe there'll be every few days
but just takes the pressure off. Because in order for me to make these recordings I also need to feel relaxed otherwise it doesn't work. Imagine having a massage from someone who is really uptight and angry
I can't imagine coming away from that message feeling ticularly calm by as you did have a massage years ago, that lots of massages
over the years I actually did a massage course a college bar went to this massage place is a health spa. And the person was talking all the way through all about their problems all the bad things that were on their mind. And you know, other than a towel, I was practically naked, so I couldn't run off. So in the same way when I make these recordings, when I'm talking to you I'm feeling calm. I'm feeling relaxed. You can hear the background sounds birds in the garden and actually just stand it sounded like
a lot of seagulls with my eyes closed, which they are almost felt like I was by the beach, which I'm not
sad good thing about closing your eyes can allow your imagination to just play. And before we talk about imagination, I need to just mention only listen to this. When you can safely Close your eyes, even if you're sitting in a chair, or lying down with your eyes open, you're not necessarily not commanding you to close your eyes. Not that I can command you to do anything. That's up to you. But you know, don't listen to any of my recordings or any relaxation, hypnosis, audios by anybody. Unless you can safely Close your eyes, for your safety, and others as well. If you're flying a plane, then stop this recording. That's kind of where we're out with that one. So I feel like I've got a lot of kind of catching up to do. In some ways, you know, regarding the 34 episodes that I've already recorded, two and a half years ago. However, I've still been making more recordings, I've still made hundreds of recordings since that time, just on other podcasts. So I haven't I've not been inactive. In fact, last year, have made more recordings than any other time since 2006. When I started making online hypnosis recordings, for free, but generally do at least one, sometimes two, sometimes three recordings
a day, usually at least one. So average for about 10. Less than 12 recordings a week, sometimes more. And the way I see these recordings going is to build upon what's been already said by me in previous recordings, but I'm also aware that some people will be listening now to me for the first time. So each episode needs to stand alone by itself as well as connecting to previous and future sessions. So this is kind of a re introduction, as it were,
to what we're doing here. What this podcast is about and what it will be about moving forward. And the one thing the only thing but a very important thing that I learned
when it came to panic attacks, and I'm sure I mentioned some of my own experiences. In the past episodes been 2002 when I first really started having regular panic attacks,...
