Lori Tschohl is no stranger to owning a business. She started with a McDonald’s franchise that did $10M/year, decided she wanted to retire so she sold it but then got bored of travelling so she bought not one but TWO Pandora franchises, decided she didn’t want to travel to those locations as much, so she then decided to start an HVAC company in her local area. (Run-on sentence, I know). Their HVAC business started out as solely commercial work, and after 5 years they made the move to add on residential. They are now doing about $1.5M/year in just residential after 2 short years. Lori sits on the advisory board for Service Nation Alliance, is a member of LadyTitans, and is a member of the Women in HVACR. She is an ambassador for women in the trade and is constantly mentoring women in the HVAC industry. Normally a wine drinker, she said she would get into the whiskey with us today. Better get yourself a bottle, too!
