Self Care for Men and Women — Episode 13

Let’s get real, here. When I think of self-care articles I’ve read in the past, most of them talk about taking time for a bubble bath or getting a massage. These work great for some, but I’m always left wanting after this type of self-care. On top of that, I’ve never heard many people talk about self-care for men, but they need it, too. We all need to take a moment out of our day or week to fill our needs. And we should be figuring out and participating in activities that are truly fulfilling and adding value to our lives.

How to Spring Clean Like a Minimalist: Kitchen Edition — Minimalist Mini Episode #1

Hello my friends! I’m back early with some surprise podcast material. This is the first mini episode in the Spring Clean like a Minimalist series. I hope it inspires you to get your home in tip top shape for the coming season. I absolutely love the spring and summer and beside the fact that it just feels good to have everything cleaned up, it’s particularly important for us to be prepared for our travel season in our home on wheels. Happy Cleaning and minimizing!
