Episode 8. 10 things I don’t Buy Anymore
01/06/20 • 29 min
Do you ever look through your stuff and wonder where it all came from and wish it had never appeared? There are a lot of things I regret purchasing. After slowly changing my ways, I now have a lot of things I simply don’t purchase anymore.
These things I list have freed up space, my time (since I don’t have to look after them), our finances — STUFF in general is expensive, people!! — and has reduced my stress. I hope this list gives you some ideas of things you might be ready to stop purchasing, too.

Episode 7. Lessons and Accomplishments of 2019
For me, there isn’t a better time to reflect on life than the end of the year. It brings such a sense of completion and closure, I can’t help but pause, contemplate, then decide how I want to move forward.
This way of thinking helps me to be excited for the beautiful moments I’ll have with my family and all the ways I can be productive in my creative work in the coming year.
Thanks for listening and being a part of my life this year! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it.

Episode 9. Using Minimalism to Minimize Stress
My first guest episode welcomes my handsome husband for an open conversation about our possessions, stress, and minimalism in our marriage and lives.
We haven’t always been minimalists, but my husband was the first to jump on the wagon and was a great example to me. Together, we’ve discovered how stressful STUFF can be and that we’d much rather have experiences than excess.
