Airbnb is the most popular platform that these short stay property listings appear on, but there are so many others like booking.com, vrbo etc. In this episode we talk about our honest experiences and takeaways with 'Serviced Accommodation' as a property strategy. The pros and the cons such as the difference in cashflow with a regular rental property as well as creativity satisfaction. Owning vs controlling someone else's property (R2SA). Our top tips e.g. tools, compliance, whether or not to use an interior designer... and our top take aways with this strategy (hint: this is the most time intensive strategy out of most property options!).
