#33 MARK TUCEK - TUCKERBUSH (AUSTRALIAN BUSHFOOD PLANTS)
Who's ever eaten a finger lime, quandong or Davidson's plum???
Ripper of an ep incoming!
No Casey again this time unfortunately, but Sam had a ball interviewing Mark Tucek of TUCKERBUSH.
Mark is responsible for developing one of the best commercially available range of Australian bush tucker plants in WA.
Mark was kind enough to bring about 15 of his plants into the studio for Sam to sample. Sam decided that his new favourite bush food was "Muntries" (Kunsea pomifera) and that it took the lead from his previous fave of the midyim berry or Austromyrtus dulcis.
In addition to the delicious muntries, Sammy also tried native river mint, cinnamon myrtle, native thyme, native basil, coastal pigface.
Why not hit mark up and replace your lemons and apples with Australian native Lemon myrtles, midyim berries and Finger limes.

Casey was on baby duty again, so Sammy took over for another guest interview.
Managed (somehow) to lure yet another living legend into the studio for a 50-minute interview. Sam took great pleasure spending time with Ramiz, talking all things liquid fertilisers, science, agriculture and more. Enjoy clumps!
