The daily routine of a person with diabetes is anything but ordinary. I'm still learning new things about it every day. Most people with diabetes go to great lengths to keep their blood sugar levels under control. Let's be real: diabetes is no joke. It can be a pain to manage daily, especially when you're juggling work and social life. But it's also something that we have to deal with and learn to live with. Spoiler alert: it's not all doom and gloom! Sure, there are some challenges to managing the condition, but I've also learned how to work around them and make the most of my situation. Diabetes is just one part of who I am. But for funsies, here's a peek into my day-to-day with diabetes.

Food Police, Shame, and Diabetes. What if we stopped shaming people for how they manage their diabetes? It seems like everyone is worried about my diabetes. But why? What's the big deal? Lots of people with diabetes feel like they're under a microscope. But why should we have to explain ourselves? There's a lot of debate around what the "right" way to manage diabetes is, but at the end of the day, it's up to each individual to find what works best for them. My guest Mila Clarke drops some knowledge on the misconceptions, guilt and shame that comes with living with diabetes, especially as an influencer. It's clear that we need to stop judging and shaming each other, and start supporting one another instead. Do you feel like everyone is always watching how you live your life with diabetes?
